Published Policy Link: https://socialactionlegal.blogspot.com/2026/10/privacy-policy-for-socialacyion.html

SocialAction, developed by Wattpath Technologies, is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, or any content or activity that endangers children.

SocialAction does not permit users to create, submit, distribute, promote, request, or facilitate content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. Content or accounts reasonably suspected of violating these standards may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently disabled.

Google Play requires social apps to maintain publicly accessible standards prohibiting CSAE, provide an in-app method for users to report concerns, take appropriate action when CSAM is identified, comply with applicable child-safety laws, and maintain a designated child-safety point of contact.

Our Child Safety Standards

Wattpath Technologies applies the following standards to SocialAction:

CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited. SocialAction must not be used to upload, distribute, request, promote, facilitate, or link to material involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Grooming and predatory behaviour are prohibited. Users may not use SocialAction to establish inappropriate sexual contact with minors, solicit sexual material from minors, encourage sexual activity involving minors, or facilitate exploitation.

Sexualisation of minors is prohibited. Content that sexualises, exploits, objectifies, or inappropriately depicts children is not permitted.

Child trafficking and exploitation are prohibited. SocialAction may not be used to facilitate, promote, advertise, or arrange trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or other abuse involving children.

Users may report concerning content. SocialAction provides reporting functionality that allows users to report inappropriate or suspicious campaigns and activities for administrator review.

Enforcement action may be taken immediately. Where credible child-safety violations are identified, Wattpath Technologies may remove relevant content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve information where legally necessary, and take other appropriate protective measures.

Cooperation with lawful authorities. Where required by applicable law, confirmed or suspected CSAM or child exploitation may be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement agency, child-protection authority, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable, or another competent regional authority.

Google Play's current policy specifically requires social apps to take appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM and to have a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.

In-App Reporting

SocialAction provides an in-app reporting mechanism through which users can report campaigns or activities they believe are:

abusive;

exploitative;

sexual or inappropriate;

fraudulent;

unsafe for children;

suspicious; or

otherwise contrary to SocialAction policies.

Reports may be reviewed by authorised SocialAction administrators, and appropriate action may be taken based on the severity and credibility of the report.

Google Play allows an in-app reporting mechanism to include an in-app feedback flow or another method users can access from within the app without needing to independently find an external reporting route.

Response to Child-Safety Reports

When Wattpath Technologies becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM involving SocialAction, we may:

review the reported content or activity;

restrict access to the material where technically possible;

suspend or terminate responsible accounts;

preserve relevant records where required for safety or legal compliance;

prevent further distribution through SocialAction;

cooperate with lawful investigations; and

report confirmed or suspected violations to competent authorities where required by law.

We do not intentionally permit known CSAM to remain accessible through SocialAction.

Published Standards

SocialAction's publicly accessible policy information is available at:

https://socialactionlegal.blogspot.com/2026/10/privacy-policy-for-socialacyion.html

For Google Play's Child Safety Standards declaration, make sure that this public page itself explicitly includes the terms “Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)” and “Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)”, identifies SocialAction or Wattpath Technologies, and states your prohibition and reporting/enforcement approach. Google says the public resource must be functional, relevant to child safety/CSAE, and reference the app or developer name.
